Job Description
We are seeking a talented MIS Resource for the Customer Experience Center at Kotak Mahindra. In this role, you will be responsible for periodic extraction and publication of MIS reports, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery to upper management. Your tasks will include maintaining data flow for audits, supporting sales management with necessary data, and executing ad-hoc requests efficiently.
The ideal candidate should possess a graduate degree, at least 1 year of MIS experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Excel, VBA, and data analytics tools. Comfort with flexible work hours is necessary.
