Job Description

- Assist as a Customer Service Officer for Retail Asset Products (e.g., Home Loan, LAP, Personal Loan).
- Resolve service requests and complaints within TAT.
- Promote digital adoption among Retail Asset Clients.
- Aim to meet cross-sell targets as per KRAs.
- Deliver high-quality service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 12-18 months of experience in the current role preferred.
