Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Officer at Kotak Mahindra. In this role, you will be responsible for handling personalized service requests from customers, generating timely business MIS, and ensuring strict adherence to compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer service requests and complaints, ensuring resolutions within TAT.
- Coordinating with CPC/RPC/Investment desks for customer account openings.
- Developing and maintaining banking relationships with high net worth customers.
Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a customer service orientation, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of banking norms and processes is essential.
