Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Service Delivery Officer to handle personalized service requests of our high net worth customers. The ideal candidate will generate timely business MIS and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating account openings with CPC/RPC/Investment desks and managing customer complaints to ensure resolution within TAT.
Job Requirements:
- Develop and maintain banking relationships with high net worth clients.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Courteous and polite demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of banking norms and processes.
