Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is seeking a dedicated Housing Finance Sales Training Team Member to lead Pan India training initiatives for the HF Channel. The successful candidate will manage learning and development objectives, collaborate with stakeholders for Training Need Analysis (TNA), and design effective learning solutions.
The role includes conducting training programs to improve sales metrics, ensuring a positive learning experience, and maintaining training records. Candidates must have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a mortgage background, excellent English speaking skills, and strong stakeholder management abilities.
