Job Description

Join Kotak Mahindra as a Support Services Operations Team Member, focusing on loan servicing in our operations department. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating customer accounts, guarantor accounts, and ultimate beneficiaries.
• Booking loans as per sanction terms, preparing and verifying repayment schedules.
• Managing receipts and payments, including adjustments and accounting.
• Updating interest rates and sanction limits, and rescheduling loans.
• Daily cash flow management and handling NPA accounts.
• Performing TDS accounting and reconciliation.
• Managing securities, including pledges, releases, and portfolio monitoring.
