Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is seeking a dynamic Gold Loan Relationship Officer to develop and manage sourcing channels for generating leads for Gold loans. The ideal candidate will engage in business planning and development, collaborating with dealers, DSAs, and brokers to ensure a steady influx of leads.
You will work closely with branch channels to drive Gold loan sales, maintain business profitability, achieve targets, and implement sales promotional activities in line with bank norms. Additionally, ensuring product availability and awareness in potential market areas is essential.
Your role will also involve conducting retail activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
