Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is seeking a dedicated Process Support and Compliance Specialist to join our team. This position (Grade-M1/M2) involves liaising with the Business and ORM team for the onboarding of vendors in commercial banking.
Key responsibilities include reviewing documents submitted for vendor onboarding and addressing queries from the ORM team. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s/master’s degree in business administration or finance, and 1-3 years of experience in banking operations.
Proficiency in MS Office, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude are essential.
