Position Overview: This role focuses on delivering timely reports to Campaign Managers on a Weekly, Daily, Fortnightly, and Monthly basis. It is crucial for optimizing our digital banking performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing campaigns across the Interact channel.
- Implementing process improvements and quality checks.
- Automating reporting processes.
- Collaborating with Campaign Managers.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in forecasting tools (SAS, POWER BI, Python, Excel).
