Job Description
Are you passionate about training and development? Kori’s Korean Dining is seeking an Operations Executive to enhance our team’s capabilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and assessing future and current training needs through job analysis and consultations.
- Creating comprehensive training and development plans tailored to individual and organizational needs.
- Deploying various training methods to ensure effective learning experiences.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and reporting on ROI.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹20,00 – ₹25,00 per month | Experience required: 2 years
