Job Description
We are Kookmate, seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Telecaller to join our team in Chennai. Applicants must be fluent in Hindi, English, and Tamil, with Hindi being a requirement.
The Telecaller will engage with potential clients through inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, address inquiries, and promote our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound calling to introduce our offerings.
- Inbound call handling to resolve customer queries.
- Proactively generate leads and manage client relationships.
- Schedule appointments and provide customer support.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
Job Type: Full-time
