Job Description
KLRF Group, located in Coimbatore, is seeking an experienced Associate Company Secretary. Candidates should have 6 to 15 years of experience and be ACS/CS Qualified/ICSI certified.
Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, organizing Board meetings, managing corporate governance, and handling secretarial duties for multiple group companies.
