Job Description
KLM Axiva Finvest Ltd. is seeking a motivated and skilled Female Candidate for the position of Customer Relationship Executive.
Requirements include strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel (specifically Pivot Table and VLOOKUP), and a minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role.
Education: Any Degree
Salary: Rs. 15,00 – Rs. 18,00 (Food & Accommodation not included)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Prepare daily reports and present data to management.
- Manage and optimize the customer database.
