Job Description
KLM Axiva Finvest Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and motivated Field Officer to form Microfinance groups and oversee credit verification, loan disbursal, and loan repayment collection through field visits.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary ranging from ₹15,00.00 to ₹16,00.00, plus benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and a provident fund. Candidates should have a two-wheeler, valid driving license, and be willing to travel 50-75 km daily. Knowledge of MFI working styles is preferred.

- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
