Job Description
Location: Karkhana, Secunderabad (On-site)
Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM)
Experience Required: 5+ years
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive with exceptional communication skills. In this role, you will handle customer queries, providing voice and non-voice support to resolve issues and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work the night shift
- Able to handle pressure and provide timely resolutions
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary (12 months)
