Role Objective:
To assist patients and families, ensuring a positive experience during their visits.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage patient registration, admission, and billing.
- Ensure comfort for patients and families upon their first visit.
- Handle non-clinical follow-up inquiries regarding billing.
- Update patient billing records and daily reports.
- Maintain petty cash and document expenses accurately.
- Support the Centre Manager with operational activities.
