Job Description
Kingstone Infrabuild Private Limited is seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our vibrant real estate team. This role includes making outbound calls to potential clients, providing details about ongoing and upcoming property projects, generating leads, and assisting in coordinating site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Explain real estate projects, pricing, and benefits.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate follow-ups.
- Maintain records in CRM tools.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and appointments.
Job Type: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,543.70 – ₹18,542.21 per month
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
