Job Description

We seek a full-time Receptionist to manage the front desk and customer interactions for handmade leather wallets, bags and custom orders. Duties include greeting visitors, maintaining a tidy reception and display, answering and routing phone and WhatsApp inquiries, handling emails and online queries, coordinating with the workshop on custom orders, assisting sales with basic product information, keeping visitor logs, and supporting after-sales. Pay: ₹10,00–₹24,063.77 per month. Expected start date: 08/12/2025.
