Job Description
King Stubb & Kasiva is seeking a dedicated Real Estate Associate with 1-2 years of PQE. The ideal candidate will possess an LLB or LLM and have experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate transactions such as facility agreements, gift deeds, and mortgage deeds. Responsibilities include conducting title searches, reviewing RERA documents, and performing due diligence. The candidate should have strong analytical skills, a logical approach to problem-solving, and fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English. The ability to work under pressure is essential.
