KHIVRAJ MOTORS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with 3-5 years of experience. In this role, you will ensure compliance with Corporate Laws and implement best corporate governance practices.
Your responsibilities will include preparing notices and agendas for meetings, maintaining statutory registers, drafting resolutions, and ensuring timely filings with regulatory authorities like SEBI, ROC, and more.
This full-time, permanent position offers a salary range of ₹25,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance, life insurance, and provident fund.
