Qualifications: MBA in Healthcare Management
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Job Description:
- Ensure the implementation of quality standards in healthcare departments.
- Analyze data on quality indicators and prepare reports for management.
- Maintain documentation of compliance records and audits.
- Participate in external audits by accreditation bodies.
- Lead quality improvement projects to enhance patient safety.
- Conduct training on quality standards and patient safety.
- Identify and manage risks to patient safety.
