Job Description
KG Hospital, Coimbatore, is seeking a dedicated Training Coordinator with a PG Degree in MBA or MSW. The ideal candidate will plan and implement training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring compliance with protocols.
Responsibilities include identifying training needs, developing materials, coordinating with trainers, and maintaining training records. Experience: 1 year in staff training and 2 years in training & development.
Job Type: Permanent | Pay: ₹20,00 – ₹25,00 per month. Benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund.
