Job Description:
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Improve Cinema Operations processes.
- Manage turnaround time for patron complaint resolutions.
- Train and groom front-end staff as per standard operating procedures (SOP).
Skills Required:
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Creative thinker with a high degree of integrity.
- Excellent conflict resolution and relationship-building abilities.
- Fluent in English.
