Job Description
Keystone Realty Services (I) Private Limited is looking for a dedicated CRM Executive to improve customer interactions after property bookings. You will manage collections, customer service, project updates, and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on payments and manage customer documents.
- Provide regular project updates and assist with queries.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years CRM or customer service experience, strong communication skills, MS Office proficiency.
