Job Description
We are hiring a motivated, responsible Collection Executive for Keshava Prabha Microfin Pvt. Ltd (2026). You will manage loan recovery, ensure timely repayments, maintain accurate collection records, handle customer queries, build strong client relationships and coordinate with branch staff to meet recovery targets. Freshers and experienced candidates welcome; strong communication and negotiation skills required. Full-time, permanent role; pay ₹10,00–₹25,00/month. Benefits include health and life insurance, and provident fund. Higher Secondary (12th pass) preferred; 2-wheeler license preferred. Work is in person with growth opportunities in the microfinance sector and an attractive salary package.
