Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to support our chairman at Kent Constructions Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for arranging meetings and appointments, coordinating daily activities, and maintaining effective communication.
Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling daily meetings
- Letter drafting and follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and mail
- Monitoring pending and ongoing tasks
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and MS Office skills
- Aged between 25 to 40 years
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
