Job Description
KBD Talent Forge India Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Collection Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for contacting customers to recover overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and resolving billing disputes. Candidates should have a high school diploma (Bachelor’s in Commerce/Finance preferred) and 1–3 years of experience in collections.
Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems required.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: ₹120,742.74 – ₹501,775.52 per year. Benefits include health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
