Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Karthikeyan Venkataraman. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Civil Engineering and possess over 4 years of experience in the property development industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:
– Drawing reading and BOQ specification analysis.
– Cross-checking work activities with BOQ specifications.
– Preparation of material reconciliation and contractor bill verification.
– Monitoring billing processes, including final bill closings and schedule management.
This is a full-time position based in Race Course, Coimbatore, offering a monthly salary between ₹33,00.00 – ₹38,00.00.
