Job Description
Karasun Enterprises seeks a creative Content Creator (on-site). Freshers with 0–2 years experience and strong skills are welcome. You will plan content calendars, create engaging posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and websites, write captions, short scripts, reel ideas and basic ad copy, collaborate with design and marketing teams, research trends and competitors, and optimize content for reach, engagement and conversions. Required: strong writing, creative thinking, social media understanding, basic short-form video knowledge, multitasking and communication. Bonus: Canva/CapCut/InShot experience, basic SEO/blog writing, and analytics familiarity. Full-time, permanent role. Pay: ₹6,00–₹15,00/month with growth opportunities and performance-based incentives.
