Job Description
Kapil Sons Industries Ltd is seeking a qualified Company Secretary to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements under the Companies Act and SEBI regulations. Your key responsibilities will include organizing Board Meetings, preparing necessary documentation, maintaining statutory records, and liaising with Directors, shareholders, and regulators.
