Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced In-House Legal Counsel, specializing in Indian contract law. Candidates should possess at least 5 years of legal drafting and contract management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
- Provide legal advice on contracts compliance and disputes.
- Support business teams in understanding legal obligations.
- Conduct legal research on relevant laws.
Qualifications:
- LLB degree and 5 years’ legal experience.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
