Job Description
KANNAPIRAN POLYMERS LIMITED seeks an Assistant Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, ensure team performance standards, and support efficient workflows. Responsibilities include guiding staff, monitoring productivity, providing feedback and coaching, resolving operational issues and customer complaints, managing inventory and supplies, preparing daily reports, fostering teamwork, and contributing ideas in staff meetings. Hindi-speaking candidates are an added advantage. This full-time, in-person role offers pay of ₹16,00–₹21,00 per month, with benefits including food provided and provident fund. Ideal candidates demonstrate leadership, problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
