Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Customer Care Executive at Kalyani Motors Pvt Ltd. Responsibilities include conducting customer satisfaction surveys, handling and routing calls, resolving issues and complaints, advising customers on products and promotions, scheduling appointments, building positive client rapport, preparing satisfaction reports, and supporting team skill development.
