Job Description: We are seeking a qualified Company Secretary to ensure compliance with statutory regulations, manage corporate filings, and facilitate board meetings.
Qualifications: Essential: Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with a valid CS registration number.
