Job Description
We are K95 FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Q-Commerce & CRM Executive to streamline daily operations across leading Quick Commerce platforms. You will manage partnerships with platforms like Zepto, Blinkit, and Swiggy Instamart while coordinating internal teams to enhance order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities include managing listings, orders, and customer interactions, along with analyzing trends to recommend improvements.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 2-4 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Google Sheets, CRM systems, and communication tools.
Location: Kamla Nagar, Delhi (Office-based). Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
