Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Catalog & Content
• Create, update, and optimize listings (titles, bullets, keywords, attributes, images, A+ content).
• Maintain pricing, offers, and promotions (coupons, deals, lightning deals) within brand guardrails.
• Monitor listing suppressions, QC failures, and policy warnings; resolve promptly.
• Inventory & Order Operations
• Coordinate with warehouse/operations for pick-pack-ship and on-time dispatch.
• Track inventory, prevent stock-outs/over-stocks, and align replenishment.
• Handle returns/replacements, damaged/LIT (lost-in-transit) cases, and claim reimbursements.
• Customer Experience
• Respond to buyer messages within SLA; resolve queries/complaints politely and quickly.
• Improve ratings/reviews via compliant practices; monitor ODR (order defect rate) and late dispatch.
• Performance & Growth
• Run basic keyword research and on-page SEO to improve discoverability and conversion.
• Assist with basic ads/PPC tasks (keyword uploads, daily checks, negative keywords) as directed.
• Track and report KPIs (conversion rate, CTR, Buy Box %, return rate, cancellations, ACOS/ROAS where applicable).
• Compliance & Reconciliation
• Ensure marketplace policy compliance (content, claims, labeling); raise support tickets when needed.
• Support payment/settlement reconciliation and file necessary claims (FBA/returns/fee disputes, if applicable).
• Maintain accurate records (invoices, manifests, proofs of dispatch, GRNs where relevant).
• Reporting & Coordination
• Prepare daily/weekly dashboards in Google Sheets/Excel; highlight risks and action items.
• Coordinate with marketing/design for creatives, and with sales/ops/accounts for smooth execution.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by senior management/supervisors to support business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience
• Mid: 2–4 years hands-on with Amazon Seller Central; experience with Flipkart/BigBasket/Meesho/Quick-Commerce is a plus.
