Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Customer Support Representative in our International Voice Process at JVW Technologies. You will handle inbound calls from international customers, effectively address their queries, and ensure exceptional service with clear communication.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of six months of experience in an International BPO setting, especially in US processes. You must be comfortable working in rotational night shifts (5 days a week) and be an immediate joiner.
Location: Hongasandra, Bengaluru. Pay: ₹22,00 – ₹30,00 per month, with 2-way cab facility provided.
