Job Description
Join JVW Technologies as an International Customer Support Representative! In this role, you will handle customer queries related to internet and telecom concerns and basic troubleshooting. Manage international customer calls to deliver exceptional service and resolve inquiries regarding our products and services.
Qualifications: Any graduate or undergraduate with excellent English skills and good knowledge of computers. A minimum of 6 months experience in BPO, preferably in international voice processes, is required.
Job Details: Full-time, Permanent position with a salary of ₹25,00.00 – ₹45,00.00 per month. Must be willing to work US shifts and relocate to Madhapur, Hyderabad.
