Job Description
JTAC – TRANSACNR SOLUTIONS PVT LTD is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor with expertise in Bus Air Conditioning. The ideal candidate will manage customer complaints, execute preventive maintenance, and analyze root causes of issues, collaborating with R&D to implement solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Submit monthly complaint status and action plans.
- Generate spare parts and AMC sales post-warranty.
Qualifications: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, EE, or Automobile Engineering. Minimum 4 years of experience required.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: ₹40,00 – ₹50,00 per month, with benefits.
