Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Supervisor for our location in Chottanikkara, Kochi, Kerala. This role involves overseeing warranty administration, checking data service history, diagnosing problems, and addressing customer complaints swiftly to enhance vehicle inflow.
Key responsibilities include monitoring daily service inflow, job card creation, and managing AMC and service campaigns. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong analytical thinking, effective leadership skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of ₹25,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month. Benefits include food provision, health insurance, paid sick time, and a provident fund.
