Job Description
Joysuites Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated IT Help Desk Executive for our premium resort, The Foresta. The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of hands-on IT support experience, with skills in hardware, software, and networking.
Key Responsibilities include:
- First-level support for IT-related issues.
- Troubleshooting devices including desktops and printers.
- Assisting with IT infrastructure maintenance.
- Coordinating with vendors for hardware/software.
- Maintaining IT asset documentation.
Requirements: Diploma/Degree in IT or related field, 1-2 years of experience, and proficiency in Windows OS.
Shift: Day, Evening, Morning, Night | Pay: ₹10,786.96 – ₹18,00.00/month
