Job Description
We are Jos Alukkas (Alukkas Enterprises Private Limited), seeking an experienced Project Coordinator for our residential and commercial projects (fit-out). This role involves coordinating the construction process to ensure timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee Civil and Interior Fit-out works.
- Coordinate with vendors and consultants.
- Verify bills and conduct quality inspections.
- Plan and execute projects effectively.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and excellent communication skills.
- Aged below 35.
Pay: ₹25,00 – ₹30,00 per month
