Job Description

Johnson Controls is seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Admin to support daily activities related to LNM jobs. This role involves submitting monthly and quarterly outlooks of LNM revenue, coordinating job bookings with sales engineers, and collaborating with engineers for part code creation. Responsibilities include managing inventory orders, obtaining necessary approvals for material and labor PRF requests, raising invoices in SAP, and ensuring timely billing. The ideal candidate will track accounts receivable and follow up for prompt payment collection. If you are highly organized and can effectively communicate across teams, we want to hear from you!
