Job Description
Hawk Hospitality is looking for an experienced and dynamic Front Office Executive to lead our front desk team and ensure exceptional guest experiences at our Peter’s Mount, Annachal location. This full-time position offers a salary between 20,00 to 22,00.
Key responsibilities include supervising front desk operations, ensuring smooth guest check-in/check-out, resolving inquiries, training staff, and maintaining records. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Hospitality Management, have a minimum of 3 years in front office operations, and demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Language proficiency in English, Hindi, and Tamil is required. This position is in person and permanent.
