Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Associate to manage patient registration, appointment bookings, and check-in/check-out processes at Cytecare Hospital. Responsibilities include guiding patients through various procedures, maintaining and updating their records, and coordinating with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow. You will also handle grievances, collect necessary documents, and manage waiting areas to minimize patient wait times.

Requirements
