Job Description
EProton Infratech is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling communications. Key tasks include:
- Managing MD’s appointments, meeting schedules, and travel logistics.
- Responding to correspondence and preparing documents.
- Scheduling internal and external meetings, taking minutes, and tracking follow-ups.
- Maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Assisting with project management and serving as a liaison between departments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month
Benefits: Flexible schedule
Experience: 2 years as a Personal Assistant (Preferred)
