Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is seeking a dedicated Team Member for our Customer Service division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing prompt and adequate resolutions to assigned cases, analyzing complaint trends, and preparing Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Job Requirements:
- Essential banking knowledge; loan division experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
