Wowser Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Executive for a dynamic work-from-office position in Salt Lake, Kolkata. The ideal candidate will excel in managing predictive and progressive dialers, router configuration, and call routing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and configure predictive & progressive dialers.
- Handle inbound and outbound call routing.
- Configure and manage routers and networks.
- Support hardware-related issues.
Requirements:
- B.Tech with CCNA/CCNP certification.
- 06-12 months experience in a similar role.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹22,00.00 per month
