Job Description
Join our team at INTERVAL INDIVIDUAL TUITION CONCEPT as a People and Performance Associate. In this role, you will monitor and evaluate employee performance using tools like Zoho PMS and Skill-Will Mapping. You will develop Performance Improvement Plans, facilitate reviews, and collaborate with department heads.
This full-time position offers a salary of ₹15,00 – ₹20,00 per month, including benefits such as reimbursement for a cell phone and internet, plus provided meals.
Located in Malappuram, Kerala, candidates must plan to commute or relocate. Preferred qualifications include a year of experience in Performance Management Systems and proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
