Job Description
XMC BPO is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. You will address customer service concerns via email and chat, ensuring accurate and complete information. Maintaining positive relationships with customers is essential, as is collaboration with team members for a seamless experience.
Responsibilities: Address issues via email/chat, provide accurate info, maintain positive relationships, and collaborate with the team.
Skills: 6 months of customer service experience (international preferred), good English, and willingness to work shifts.
Pay: ₹12,500.00 – ₹14,853.00 per month
